Jacque Ballard  – 2nd Vice President and Chairperson, Membership Services

Jacque has been a member of NHDA since 2005, and began serving on the Board immediately as the Recording Secretary. Jacque has been the CEO and Lead Instructor of the Rhythm N Style Hand Dance Academy since 2007. In her professional life she is a Gold Plus member of the Blacks In Government organization.  Jacque not only enjoys Hand Dance as her first dance of choice, but also enjoys Stepping.
